We believe that every survey or form you build and present to customers should reflect your brand so, whilst we don't provide templates called 'Summer Flowers' or 'Spring Meadows', we do provide the ability for you to have complete control over the look and feel of your content. Build simple templates with our WYSIWYG interface, present content across multiple columns or take complete control using custom html. You won't see any Clicktools logos and you can even use your own sub-domain (e.g. feedback.yourorg.com) for hosting. This incredibly powerful capability means you can deploy the same survey using many templates and, because we separating presentation from content any re-branding can be immediately reflected across all your surveys.

	Seamless multi-channel deployment... It's unlikely that you will collect information and receive feedback from one source. Sure, email and web is the most common but what about inbound/outbound calling, paper based surveys and IVR? Clicktools enables you to deploy the same survey in multiple modes. You can run the same survey to contacts stored and managed in Clicktools; in Kiosk mode for 3rd party opted in mailing lists or completion on a web site;, through integration with IVR systems and using 'manual' methods via inbound/outbound call centres and paper based surveys. You could even run the same form/survey through your affiliate network using different brandings. However you choose to deploy your survey you can track and report results individually or together - it's your choice.

	Powerful 'out-of-the-box' analysis with filtering, correlation, trending and much much more... One of the most important considerations when collecting information and feedback is what you do with the collected data. Whilst many other tools focus on collection, Clicktools focus is the use of that data to improve your customers' experience. Most tools provide export options but, Clicktools provides much much more to drastically reduce the time and effort involved in building summary reports and, more importantly, understanding the data. The results for every question in every survey are automatically available.
